It is well furnished and receptionists Aynur and Alperen were very helpful. They are good in English . The location is very nice near to everything shops , Boztepe telefrique and Novada mall 15 mins walking.

The staff was so helpful specially Mr.Alperen and Miss Aynur. They are good in English which is rare in Ordu. The room is well furnished and beds are comfy. A lot of shops is found in the same street.

The hotel is new, clean, and quiet. The staff is very helpful, as we missed the flight time when returning from Ordu to Istanbul. The administration staff helped us to contact Turkish Airlines and booked us, thank God, from the center call on the same day. The breakfast is good, the breakfast place is clean, and the people in charge of the breakfast are very cheerful.

- very clean and new hotel - facilities are perfect - private parking free of charge - friendly staff, fluent English speaking especially Mr Ozcan - easy to find location - bathroom was very clean.
